はじめに
Hotaruアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、KARABINA LLCが提供する Android 向けの擬似ペンライトユーティリティです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
収集する情報
本アプリが端末内に保存する情報は以下のとおりです。 ・落下防止モーダルへの同意フラグ ・オンボーディングチュートリアルの完了フラグ ・輝度上限の設定値 ・外観モード（システム / ライト / ダーク）の設定値 ・ペンライトの表示テキストおよび入力履歴 これらの情報はお使いのデバイス内（Android の端末内ストレージ／SharedPreferences）にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。本アプリは、ユーザーを識別する情報、連絡先、位置情報、写真、マイク、カメラ、その他いかなる個人情報も収集しません。
端末のセンサーについて
ペンライトモードでは、端末を傾けたり振ったりした際の演出（光の揺らぎや振動）のために、加速度センサー等のモーションセンサーの値を一時的に参照します。これらの値は画面表示の演出にのみ用いられ、保存・記録されることも、外部へ送信されることもありません。
ウェブサイト訪問時の情報
本アプリのプロモーションサイト（ランディングページ）およびこの「プライバシーポリシー」ページをウェブブラウザで閲覧された場合、ホスティング事業者のサーバーに以下のアクセスログが一定期間保存されます。 ・IP アドレス ・アクセス日時 ・閲覧ページの URL / リファラ ・ブラウザの User Agent これらのログはセキュリティ監視・障害対応・利用統計の集計を目的として利用され、特定個人を識別する形での解析・第三者提供は行いません。 また、本サイトでは Google Analytics（Google LLC）を利用してアクセス解析を行う場合があります。Google Analytics はトラフィック分析のため Cookie を使用し、匿名化された訪問データを収集します。これらのデータは Google が定めるプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従って取り扱われます。 ブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効化することで Google Analytics による情報収集をオプトアウトできます。Google Analytics オプトアウトアドオン（https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout）の利用も推奨します。
情報の利用目的
端末内に保存される情報は、本アプリの基本機能（落下防止警告の制御、オンボーディング表示の制御、輝度ロック値の保持、外観モードの適用、表示テキストの保持）を提供するためにのみ使用します。情報を第三者へ提供したり、マーケティング目的で利用したりすることはありません。
サーバーへのデータ送信について
本アプリは、いかなる目的においてもユーザーのデータを当社の外部サーバーに送信しません。広告ネットワーク、アナリティクス、クラッシュレポート、その他の追跡ツールも本アプリ内には組み込んでいません。
第三者サービスについて
本アプリは、第三者の SDK・サービスを一切組み込んでいません。 なお、本アプリは下記のストア・プラットフォームを通じて配信されます。各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 ・Google Play（Google LLC）
データの削除
アプリをアンインストールすること、または Android の「設定 → アプリ → Hotaru → ストレージ」からデータを消去することで、デバイスに保存されたすべての設定情報が削除されます。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておりません。13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

Introduction
Hotaru (the "App") is a pen-light utility for Android provided by KARABINA LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information We Collect
The App stores the following information locally on your device: - Acknowledgment flag for the safety disclaimer - Completion flag for the onboarding tutorial - Brightness limit setting - Appearance preference (system / light / dark) - Penlight display text and input history These items are stored only on your device (Android local storage / SharedPreferences) and are never transmitted to any external server. The App does not collect any information that identifies you, including contacts, location, photos, microphone, camera, or any other personal information.
Device Sensors
In penlight mode, the App temporarily reads motion-sensor values (such as the accelerometer) to drive on-screen effects (light sway and vibration) when you tilt or shake your device. These values are used only for the visual effect; they are neither stored nor transmitted externally.
Information Collected When Visiting Our Website
When you visit our promotional site (landing page) or this Privacy Policy page in a web browser, our hosting provider may retain the following access logs for a limited period: - IP address - Access timestamps - Viewed page URL / referrer - Browser User Agent These logs are used for security monitoring, incident response, and aggregate usage statistics. We do not analyze or share them in a manner that identifies individuals. This site may also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for traffic analysis. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized visit data. This data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of Google Analytics collection by disabling cookies in your browser. We also recommend the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Purpose of Use
Information stored on your device is used solely to provide the App's basic functionality (managing the safety disclaimer, controlling onboarding display, retaining the brightness lock value, applying the appearance preference, and retaining display text). We do not provide such information to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
Data Transmission to Servers
The App does not transmit any user data to our external servers for any purpose. We do not embed advertising networks, analytics, crash reporting, or other tracking tools within the App.
Third-Party Services
The App does not embed any third-party SDKs or services. The App is distributed through the following store platform, which has its own privacy policy: - Google Play (Google LLC)
Data Deletion
Uninstalling the App — or clearing its data via Android "Settings → Apps → Hotaru → Storage" — will delete all settings stored on your device.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
