はじめに

Grapeアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、KARABINA LLCが提供するライブ・イベント管理アプリです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

収集する情報

本アプリが収集・保存する情報は以下のとおりです。 ・あなたが入力したイベント情報（タイトル、日時、会場、アーティスト名、チケット情報など） ・アーティスト情報（名前、誕生日、テーマカラーなど） ・アプリの設定情報（カラーテーマ、カレンダー表示設定など） これらの情報はお使いのデバイス内に保存されます。また、iCloud 同期をオンにしている場合は、あなたの iCloud にも保存されます（後述「iCloud 同期について」参照）。URL 取り込み機能・楽曲検索機能・セットリストの画像取り込み機能を利用した場合の外部送信については「サーバーへのデータ送信について」をご確認ください。

ウェブサイト訪問時の情報

本アプリのプロモーションサイト（ランディングページ）およびこの「プライバシーポリシー」ページをウェブブラウザで閲覧された場合、ホスティング事業者のサーバーに以下のアクセスログが一定期間保存されます。 ・IP アドレス ・アクセス日時 ・閲覧ページの URL / リファラ ・ブラウザの User Agent これらのログはセキュリティ監視・障害対応・利用統計の集計を目的として利用され、特定個人を識別する形での解析・第三者提供は行いません。 また、本サイトでは Google Analytics（Google LLC）を利用してアクセス解析を行っています。Google Analytics はトラフィック分析のため Cookie を使用し、匿名化された訪問データ（閲覧ページ・滞在時間・参照元・地域・デバイス種別等）を収集します。これらのデータは Google が定めるプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従って取り扱われます。 ブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効化することで Google Analytics による情報収集をオプトアウトできます。Google Analytics オプトアウトアドオン（https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout）の利用も推奨します。 お問い合わせフォームを送信された場合のみ、Google フォームに入力情報が記録されます（後述「第三者サービスについて」参照）。

情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、本アプリの機能（イベント管理、チケット状況の追跡、統計表示など）を提供するためにのみ使用します。情報を第三者へ提供したり、マーケティング目的で利用したりすることはありません。

サーバーへのデータ送信について

本アプリで保存されるイベント・アーティスト・セットリスト・画像等のデータは、お使いのデバイス内にローカル保存されます。当社のサーバーに自動アップロードされることはありません。 ただし、以下の機能を利用された場合に限り、ユーザーが入力した情報の一部が、後述「第三者サービスについて」に記載する事業者へ処理目的で送信されます。 ・URL からの自動取り込み機能：入力された URL を当社の API サーバー（grape-api.vercel.app）を経由して外部サービスに送信し、ページ内容を解析してイベント情報を抽出します。送信される URL は処理後に保持されません。 ・楽曲情報の検索：セットリストに楽曲を登録する際、入力されたアーティスト名や楽曲名を、お使いの端末から Apple Inc. が提供する iTunes Search API へ直接送信します（当社サーバーは経由しません）。 ・セットリストの画像取り込み機能（Premium）：撮影または選択したセットリストの画像を、当社の API サーバー（grape-api.vercel.app）を経由して Anthropic, PBC が提供する Claude API に送信し、曲名を読み取ります。送信された画像は解析のために一時的に処理されるのみで、当社サーバーには保持されません。 これらの送信は機能の処理に必要な範囲に限定されます。当社 API サーバーを経由する送信については、通信ログ（IP アドレス・タイムスタンプ・送信先 URL 等）が当社サーバーに一定期間保存される場合があります。ユーザーの同意なくマーケティング目的・第三者提供目的に使用することはありません。

iCloud 同期について

本アプリの iOS / iPadOS 版は、バージョン 1.9 以降で iCloud 同期機能を提供しています（Android 版では iCloud 同期は利用できません）。iCloud 同期をオンにしている場合（初期設定はオン）、イベント・アーティスト・交通/宿泊・セットリスト・画像等のデータは、Apple Inc. が提供する iCloud（CloudKit）内の、あなたの Apple ID 専用のプライベートデータベースに保存され、同じ Apple ID でサインインした端末間で同期されます。 ・このデータはあなたの iCloud にのみ保存され、当社がアクセスすることはできません。 ・iCloud 上のデータの取り扱いには、Apple のプライバシーポリシー（https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/）が適用されます。 ・同期は、アプリ内の「設定 ＞ 同期とバックアップ」でいつでもオフにできます。 ・iCloud 上の同期データは、「設定 ＞ 同期とバックアップ ＞ iCloud のデータを削除」でいつでも削除できます。

第三者サービスについて

データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス内に保存されたデータは削除されます。iCloud 同期をオンにしていた場合、iCloud 上の同期データは削除されずに残り、アプリを再インストールした際に復元されます。iCloud 上のデータも削除したい場合は、アンインストールの前に、アプリ内の「設定 ＞ 同期とバックアップ ＞ iCloud のデータを削除」を実行してください。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておりません。13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ページに最新版を掲載し、アプリ内でお知らせします。

Introduction

Grape (the "App") is a live event management app provided by KARABINA LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

The App collects and stores the following information: · Event information you enter (title, date, venue, artist name, ticket details, etc.) · Artist information (name, birthday, theme color, etc.) · App settings (color theme, calendar view preferences, etc.) This information is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is turned on, it is also stored in your iCloud (see "iCloud Sync" below). When you use the URL import feature, song search feature, or setlist image import feature, please refer to the "Data Transmission" section below for details on what is sent to external services.

Information When Visiting Our Website

When you visit our promotional site (landing page) or this Privacy Policy page through a web browser, the following access logs are retained on our hosting provider's server for a limited period: · IP address · Access timestamp · URL / referrer of pages viewed · Browser User Agent These logs are used for security monitoring, troubleshooting, and aggregated traffic statistics, and are not used for personally identifiable analytics or shared with third parties. We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC) for traffic analysis on our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized visit data (pages viewed, time spent, referrer, region, device type, etc.). This data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by disabling cookies in your browser. We also recommend the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Information entered into our contact form is only recorded when the form is submitted (see "Third-Party Services" below for details).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to operate the App's features (event management, ticket tracking, statistics, etc.). We do not share your information with third parties or use it for marketing purposes.

Data Transmission

Data stored by the App (events, artists, setlists, images, etc.) is stored locally on your device. It is not automatically uploaded to our servers. However, when you use the following features, some of the information you enter is transmitted to the third-party services listed in "Third-Party Services" below for processing purposes: · URL import feature: The URL you enter is sent through our API server (grape-api.vercel.app) to external services to extract event information from the page content. Submitted URLs are not retained after processing. · Song search: When you add songs to a setlist, the artist name or song title you enter is sent directly from your device to the iTunes Search API provided by Apple Inc. (it does not pass through our servers). · Setlist image import (Premium): A setlist image you capture or select is sent through our API server (grape-api.vercel.app) to the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC to read the song titles. Submitted images are processed transiently for analysis only and are not retained on our servers. These transmissions are limited to what is necessary for the feature to function. For transmissions that pass through our API server, communication logs (IP address, timestamp, destination URL, etc.) may be stored on our server for a limited period. We do not use this information for marketing or third-party data sharing without your consent.

iCloud Sync

Starting with version 1.9, the iOS / iPadOS version of the App offers iCloud sync (iCloud sync is not available on Android). When iCloud sync is turned on (it is on by default), your data — events, artists, travel plans, setlists, images, etc. — is stored in a private database dedicated to your Apple ID within iCloud (CloudKit), provided by Apple Inc., and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. · This data is stored only in your iCloud; we cannot access it. · Data stored in iCloud is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). · You can turn sync off at any time via Settings > Sync & Backup in the App. · You can delete the synced data in iCloud at any time via Settings > Sync & Backup > Delete iCloud Data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own Privacy Policy. (iCloud / CloudKit) — Used by the iCloud sync feature to store your data and keep it in sync across your devices. Data is stored in your private database and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). [Hosting and Communications] · Vercel Inc. (USA) — Hosts our API server (grape-api.vercel.app); communication logs are retained on Vercel for a limited period. Vercel's Privacy Policy applies (https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). Information submitted via the contact form is stored on Google's servers and subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Data Deletion

Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored on your device. If iCloud sync was turned on, the synced data in iCloud remains and will be restored when you reinstall the App. To delete the data in iCloud as well, run Settings > Sync & Backup > Delete iCloud Data in the App before uninstalling.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page and you will be notified within the App.
