Hotaru について

Hotaru は、ライブ・イベント会場で Android スマートフォンを擬似ペンライトとして使うためのユーティリティです。16 色のプリセットから色を選んで画面全体を発光させたり、推しの名前やメッセージを表示したりできます。

使い方

• 発光する：カラーグリッドから色を選び、「全画面で発光する」をタップします。
• 発光中の操作：画面をタップするとメニューが表示されます。左右スワイプで色を変更、上スワイプでいつでも操作パネルを開けます。
• ペンライトモード：操作パネルから全画面点灯／ペンライト（光る筒）表示を切り替えられます。推しの名前やメッセージを縦書き・横書きで重ねられます。
• 電光掲示板：端末を横向きにすると、文字が流れる LED 電光掲示板表示になります。
• 輝度・外観：「設定」タブで輝度上限（デフォルト 80%）や外観モード（システム／ライト／ダーク）を変更できます。

よくあるお問い合わせ

Q. 発光中に画面が勝手に暗くなります。 A. 「全画面で発光する」モードでは輝度を上限値にロックしますが、端末の自動明るさ調整や省電力モードによって暗くなることがあります。端末側の自動明るさをオフにするか、「設定」タブの「輝度上限」を調整してください。

Q. 横向きにすると表示が変わります。 A. 仕様です。端末を横向きにすると、文字が右から左へ流れる LED 電光掲示板表示に切り替わります。スタジアムやフェスなど、遠くからでも読みやすい表示です。

Q. 推しの名前を表示したい。 A. 発光画面のメニューから編集アイコンを開き、表示テキストを入力してください。縦書き・横書きを切り替えられ、絵文字にも対応しています。

Q. 安全に使うために気をつけることは？ A. 必ずストラップ等の落下防止装置を装着し、手首に通してご使用ください。会場のルールを確認し、スマートフォンの使用が禁止されている場合はご利用にならないでください。

About Hotaru

Hotaru is a utility for using your Android smartphone as a pen-light at concerts and events. Pick one of 16 preset colors to light up the whole screen, or display your favorite's name or a message.

How to Use

• Light up: Pick a color from the grid and tap "Light up fullscreen."
• While lit: Tap the screen to show the menu. Swipe left/right to change colors, and swipe up to open the control panel anytime.
• Penlight mode: From the control panel, switch between full-screen lighting and penlight (glowing baton) view. Overlay a name or message in vertical or horizontal text.
• LED ticker: Turn your phone sideways for a scrolling LED ticker display.
• Brightness & appearance: On the Settings tab, adjust the brightness limit (default 80%) and the appearance mode (system / light / dark).

FAQ

Q. The screen dims by itself while lit. A. The "Light up fullscreen" mode locks brightness at the limit value, but your device's auto-brightness or battery-saver mode may dim it. Turn off auto-brightness on your device, or adjust "Brightness limit" on the Settings tab.

Q. The display changes when I rotate the phone. A. This is by design. In landscape, the text switches to a scrolling LED ticker (right to left) — easy to read from afar at stadiums and festivals.

Q. I want to show my favorite's name. A. Open the edit icon from the lighting menu and enter your display text. You can switch between vertical and horizontal writing, and emoji are supported.

Q. What should I keep in mind for safe use? A. Always attach a drop-prevention device such as a strap and keep it around your wrist. Confirm the venue's rules and refrain from use where smartphones are prohibited.
