はじめに
ROBBER アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）は、KARABINA LLC（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS / Android 向けの擬似サイコロユーティリティです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリをご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
収集する情報
本アプリが端末内に保存する情報は以下のとおりです。 ・選択されているモード（スタンダード／都市と騎士／アメリカ／宇宙） ・サイコロを振った履歴（赤・白・イベントダイスの出目、合計値、錬金術師フラグ、タイムスタンプ） ・出目の統計データ（総振り回数、各合計値の出現回数） ・外観テーマ設定（システム／ライト／ダーク） ・言語設定（日本語／英語） ・触覚フィードバックの有効・無効設定 ・「起動時に統計をリセット」設定の有効・無効 ・モード切替コーチマークの表示済みフラグ これらの情報はお使いのデバイス内のローカルストレージ（LocalStorage）にのみ保存され、外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。本アプリは、ユーザーを識別する情報、氏名、連絡先、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報、写真、マイク、カメラ、その他いかなる個人情報も収集しません。 なお、蛮族船の進攻位置（蛮族船トラッカーの状態）は、アプリ再起動時にリセットされる仕様のため、永続化されません。
情報の利用目的
端末内に保存される情報は、本アプリの基本機能（モード継続、統計表示、設定保持、コーチマーク制御）を提供するためにのみ使用します。情報を第三者へ提供したり、マーケティング目的で利用したりすることはありません。
サーバーへのデータ送信について
本アプリは、いかなる目的においてもユーザーのデータを当社の外部サーバーに送信しません。本アプリ単体ではアナリティクス、クラッシュレポート、ユーザー行動の追跡ツール等を組み込んでいません。 ただし、本アプリには、後述のとおり広告ネットワーク（Google AdMob）が組み込まれており、広告配信のために広告ネットワーク事業者へ匿名化された識別情報が送信されます。詳細は「広告について」セクションをご確認ください。
広告について
本アプリは、Google LLC が提供する広告サービス「Google AdMob」を通じて、画面下部のバナー広告およびロール累計 50 回ごとのインタースティシャル広告を配信する場合があります。 Google AdMob は、広告配信および広告パフォーマンス測定のため、以下を含む情報を利用することがあります。 ・広告識別子（iOS の IDFA / Android の AAID） ・端末の種類・OS バージョン・言語・国 ・大まかな位置情報（IP アドレスベース） ・広告との対話履歴（表示・クリック等） これらの情報の取り扱いは Google LLC のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）および Google AdMob のサービス規約に従います。 ユーザーは、以下の方法でパーソナライズ広告のトラッキングを制限できます。 ・iOS：「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ トラッキング」で App Tracking Transparency 許可を管理 ・iOS：「設定 ＞ プライバシーとセキュリティ ＞ Apple 広告」でパーソナライズ広告をオフ ・Android：「設定 ＞ Google ＞ 広告」で広告 ID をリセット、またはパーソナライズ広告をオプトアウト 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスのユーザーには、GDPR 等の法令に基づき、Google の同意管理プラットフォーム（CMP）による同意確認画面が初回起動時に表示されます。ユーザーはアプリ内「設定 ＞ 広告 ＞ 広告同意設定」から、同意内容をいつでも確認・変更・撤回できます。同意が得られない場合、広告が表示されないか、パーソナライズされていない広告のみが表示されることがあります。 将来、本アプリに有料の広告非表示機能が追加された場合、ユーザーは当該プランへの加入により広告配信を停止することができる場合があります。
課金処理について
本アプリが将来的に提供する可能性のある有料機能（Premium 機能）の販売主体および課金処理は、ユーザーが本アプリをダウンロードしたストアの運営事業者が行います。 ・Apple Inc.（Apple App Store / In-App Purchase） ・Google LLC（Google Play Store / Google Play Billing） 決済情報・購入履歴・サブスクリプション状態等は、上記事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよびサービス規約に従って取り扱われます。当社は、これらのストア事業者からトランザクション識別子・購入状態・無料試用の有無等のメタ情報を、Premium 機能の認証目的に限り受領する場合がありますが、ユーザーのクレジットカード情報・支払い詳細を取得することはありません。
第三者サービス・SDK について
本アプリには、以下の第三者サービス・SDK が組み込まれています。各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 ・Capacitor（Ionic 提供のクロスプラットフォームアプリフレームワーク） ・Google AdMob（広告配信。詳細は「広告について」セクション参照） なお、本アプリは下記のストア・プラットフォームを通じて配信されます。各サービスには独自のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 ・Apple App Store（Apple Inc.） ・Google Play Store（Google LLC）
本利用規約・プライバシーポリシーページの閲覧時の情報
本「利用規約」ページおよび本「プライバシーポリシー」ページをウェブブラウザで閲覧された場合、ホスティング事業者（Vercel Inc.）のサーバーに以下のアクセスログが一定期間保存されることがあります。 ・IP アドレス ・アクセス日時 ・閲覧ページの URL / リファラ ・ブラウザの User Agent これらのログはセキュリティ監視・障害対応の目的でのみ利用され、特定個人を識別する形での解析・第三者提供は行いません。 なお、本アプリは独自のランディングページ（LP）やプロモーションサイトを運営しておらず、Google Analytics 等のアクセス解析ツールも導入していません。
データの削除
本アプリの設定画面の「データ ＞ すべての統計をリセット」から、保存された振った履歴・統計データを任意に削除することができます。また、本アプリをアンインストールすることで、デバイス内に保存された全てのデータ（設定情報を含む）が削除されます。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておりません。13歳未満の方から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。変更があった場合は、本ページに最新版を掲載します。重要な変更については本アプリまたは本ページで通知します。

Introduction
ROBBER (the "App") is a virtual dice utility for iOS / Android provided by KARABINA LLC (the "Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
Information We Collect
The App stores the following information locally on your device: - The currently selected mode (Standard / Cities & Knights / Settlers of America / Starfarers) - Dice roll history (red, white, and event die results, sum, alchemist flag, timestamp) - Roll statistics (total roll count, occurrence count of each sum) - Appearance theme setting (System / Light / Dark) - Language setting (Japanese / English) - Haptic feedback on/off setting - "Reset stats on launch" on/off setting - A flag indicating whether the mode-switching coach mark has been shown These items are stored only in your device's local storage (LocalStorage) and are never transmitted to any external server. The App does not collect any information that identifies you, including your name, contact information, email address, phone number, location, photos, microphone, camera, or any other personal information. Please note that the barbarian ship progression (state of the barbarian tracker) is reset on app restart and is intentionally not persisted.
Purpose of Use
Information stored on your device is used solely to provide the App's basic functionality (mode continuation, statistics display, settings persistence, coach mark control). We do not provide such information to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.
Data Transmission to Servers
The App does not transmit any user data to the Company's external servers for any purpose. The App itself does not embed analytics, crash reporting, or user-behavior tracking tools. However, the App does embed an advertising network (Google AdMob) as described below, and anonymized identifiers may be transmitted to the ad network provider for ad delivery. Please refer to the "Advertising" section for details.
Advertising
The App may display banner advertisements at the bottom of the screen and interstitial advertisements every 50 dice rolls via Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. Google AdMob may use the following information for ad delivery and ad performance measurement: - Advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android AAID) - Device type, OS version, language, country - Approximate location (based on IP address) - Ad interaction history (impressions, clicks, etc.) The handling of this information is governed by Google LLC's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the Google AdMob Service Terms. You may limit personalized ad tracking by the following methods: - iOS: Manage App Tracking Transparency permissions at "Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking" - iOS: Disable Personalized Ads at "Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Apple Advertising" - Android: Reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising at "Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads" For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent dialog powered by Google's consent management platform (CMP) is shown on first launch in accordance with the GDPR and related regulations. You can review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time from "Settings ▸ Ads ▸ Ad consent settings" in the App. If consent is not given, ads may not be shown or only non-personalized ads may be displayed. If a paid ad-removal feature is added to the App in the future, users may be able to disable ad delivery by subscribing to that plan.
Payment Processing
The sales entity and payment processing for any paid features (Premium Features) that may be offered in the App in the future is handled by the operator of the store from which you downloaded the App. - Apple Inc. (Apple App Store / In-App Purchase) - Google LLC (Google Play Store / Google Play Billing) Payment information, purchase history, subscription status, and similar data are handled according to the privacy policies and service terms of the above operators. The Company may receive metadata such as transaction identifiers, purchase status, and free-trial flags from these store operators solely for the purpose of authenticating Premium Features, but does not acquire your credit card information or payment details.
Third-Party Services and SDKs
The App incorporates the following third-party services and SDKs. Each service is subject to its own privacy policy: - Capacitor (cross-platform application framework provided by Ionic) - Google AdMob (ad delivery; see "Advertising" section for details) The App is also distributed through the following store platforms, each of which has its own privacy policy: - Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) - Google Play Store (Google LLC)
Information Collected When Viewing These Legal Pages
When you view this Terms of Use page or this Privacy Policy page in a web browser, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may retain the following access logs for a limited period: - IP address - Access timestamps - Viewed page URL / referrer - Browser User Agent These logs are used solely for security monitoring and incident response. We do not analyze or share them in a manner that identifies individuals. The App does not operate its own landing page or promotional website, and we do not employ Google Analytics or any similar access-analysis tools.
Data Deletion
You can delete stored roll history and statistics at any time from the Settings screen under "Data ▸ Reset all stats." Uninstalling the App will remove all data (including settings) stored on your device.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Material changes will be announced via the App or this page.
