Grape の「カレンダー連携」は、iPhone / iPad の標準「カレンダー」App に入っている予定を読み取って、ライブの予定に重ねて表示します。Google カレンダー App に予定があっても、その Google アカウントが iPhone / iPad の「カレンダー」に追加されていなければ、Grape には出てきません。

iOS の「カレンダー」には、はじめから Google アカウントが入っているわけではありません。追加は数分で終わります。手順を順に説明します。

しくみ

Grape が見に行くのは、iPhone / iPad の「カレンダー」App だけです。

Grape は、iPhone / iPad の「カレンダー」App に表示されている予定だけを読み取ります。まず「カレンダー」App に予定が出ているかを確かめると、原因が切り分けられます。

iOS でのカレンダー連携

iPhone / iPad の手順です。Android をお使いの方は Android でのカレンダー連携 へ進んでください。

手順 1：Google アカウントを追加する

iPhone / iPad の「設定」App から、次の順に開きます。

1. 「設定」＞「アプリ」＞「カレンダー」を開きます（iOS 17 以前は、設定の一覧から直接「カレンダー」を開きます）
2. 「カレンダーアカウント」をタップします
3. 「アカウントを追加」をタップします
4. プロバイダの一覧から 「Google」を選びます
5. Google のサインイン画面でサインインします。この画面は Google のもので、入力内容が Grape に渡ることはありません
6. 最後に「カレンダー」のスイッチをオンにして「保存」をタップします

「メール」「連絡先」もまとめてオンにできますが、Grape が使うのは「カレンダー」だけです。

手順 2：仕事用など、メイン以外のカレンダーを端末に出す

Google で複数のカレンダーを使い分けている場合、iPhone / iPad に同期されるのはデフォルトではメインのカレンダーだけです。「予定は出るけれど、一部のカレンダーだけ出てこない」ときは、ここが原因です。

1. パソコンかスマートフォンのブラウザで calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect を開きます（手順 1 で追加した Google アカウントでサインインした状態で開いてください）
2. 端末に出したいカレンダーにチェックを入れます
3. 「保存」を押します。反映まで数分かかることがあります

手順 3：「カレンダー」App で表示をオンにする

iPhone / iPad の「カレンダー」App を開き、カレンダーの一覧を表示します。追加した Google アカウントの名前でグループができ、その下にカレンダーが並びます。チェックが付いているものだけが表示され、Grape にも届きます。

手順 4：Grape で表示するカレンダーを選ぶ

1. Grape の 設定 > カレンダー連携 を開きます
2. 「カレンダーと連携する」をタップし、カレンダーへのアクセスを許可します
3. 表示したいカレンダーをオンにします
4. カレンダー画面の右上にある 「Personal」 をタップすると、選んだ予定がライブの予定に重なって表示されます

誕生日と購読カレンダー（祝日など）は、カレンダーが埋まってライブの予定が見えにくくなるため、最初からオフにしています。必要なときは 設定 > カレンダー連携 でオンにしてください。

Android でのカレンダー連携

Android では、端末に追加済みの Google アカウントのカレンダーをそのまま読み取れます。iOS の手順 1・手順 2 にあたる作業は不要です。

1. Google アカウントが端末に追加されていることを確認します（Android の 設定 > パスワードとアカウント）
2. Grape の 設定 > カレンダー連携 を開き、カレンダーへのアクセスを許可します
3. 表示したいカレンダーをオンにします
4. カレンダー画面の右上にある 「Personal」 をタップします

Google カレンダー App 側で表示をオフにしているカレンダーは、Grape の一覧にも出ません。Google カレンダー App で「表示」をオンにしてからお試しください。

Grape の画面は iOS 版と同じです。手順 4 の 2 枚の画面をそのまま参考にしてください。

うまくいかないとき

Q. 手順どおりにしたのに、予定が出てきません。 A. 上から順に確かめてください。
① 端末の「カレンダー」App にその予定が出ているか（出ていなければ手順 1〜3 のどれかが未完了です）
② Grape の 設定 > カレンダー連携 で、そのカレンダーがオンか
③ カレンダー画面右上の「Personal」がオンか（枠の左に点が付いていればオンです）
④ 通信できる状態か（Google の予定が端末に届くには通信が必要です）

Q. 一部のカレンダーだけ出てきません。 A. 手順 2 をご確認ください。Google のメイン以外のカレンダーは、syncselect の画面でチェックを入れないと端末に同期されません。そのうえで、手順 3 のチェックと手順 4 のスイッチも確認してください。

Q. 昔の予定が出てきません。 A. iPhone / iPad はデフォルトで、過去 1 か月ぶんの予定だけを同期します。設定 > アプリ > カレンダー > 同期 で「すべてのイベント」を選ぶと、それより前の予定も表示されます。

Q. Grape に「カレンダーと連携する」が出ず、許可を求められません。 A. 一度アクセスを拒否すると、アプリからは確認画面を出せません。端末の「設定」App > Grape > カレンダー を開いて、アクセスを許可してください。

Q. 誕生日や祝日が出てきません。 A. 最初からオフにしています。設定 > カレンダー連携 でオンにできます。祝日は Grape 自身もカレンダーに色で表示しているため、端末側の祝日カレンダーは二重になりやすい点にご注意ください。

Q. Grape が私の予定を書き換えたり、どこかへ送ったりしませんか。 A. 予定は読み取るだけです。Grape が書き換えたり、端末の外へ送ることはありません。連携で求めるのも読み取りの許可だけです。

Q. 連携をやめたいです。 A. 設定 > カレンダー連携 > 「連携をやめる」で、重ねて表示していた予定が出なくなります。端末側のアクセス許可そのものを取り消す場合は、「設定」App > Grape > カレンダー でオフにしてください。

Grape's calendar integration reads the events in the built-in Calendar app on your iPhone / iPad and overlays them on your live events. Even if your events are in the Google Calendar app, Grape cannot see them unless that Google account has been added to the device's Calendar.

The iOS Calendar app does not come with a Google account attached — you add it yourself, and it takes a few minutes. Here is how.

How It Works

Grape looks in exactly one place: the Calendar app on your iPhone / iPad.

Grape shows only what the device's Calendar app shows. Checking the Calendar app first tells you which step is missing.

Setting Up on iOS

These steps are for iPhone / iPad. On Android, jump to Setting Up on Android.

Step 1: Add Your Google Account

Open the Settings app on your iPhone / iPad and follow this path.

1. Settings > Apps > Calendar (on iOS 17 and earlier, open Calendar directly from the Settings list)
2. Tap Calendar Accounts
3. Tap Add Account
4. Choose Google from the list of providers
5. Sign in on Google's screen. That screen belongs to Google; nothing you enter there is passed to Grape
6. Turn Calendars on and tap Save

You can turn on Mail and Contacts at the same time, but Grape uses only Calendars.

Step 2: Bring Your Secondary Calendars to the Device

If you keep several Google calendars, only the primary one syncs by default. This is the cause when some events show up and others don't.

1. In a browser, open calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect, signed in with the account you added in Step 1
2. Tick the calendars you want on your device
3. Save. It can take a few minutes to take effect

Step 3: Turn the Calendars On in the Calendar App

Open the Calendar app and show the list of calendars. Your Google account appears as its own group. Only the checked calendars are displayed — and only those reach Grape.

Step 4: Choose the Calendars in Grape

1. Open Settings > Calendar Integration in Grape
2. Tap "Connect a calendar" and allow access to your calendars
3. Turn on the calendars you want to see
4. Tap Personal at the top right of the calendar screen to overlay those events on your live events

Birthday and subscribed calendars (holidays and the like) start off, because they fill the calendar and bury your live events. Turn them on in Settings > Calendar Integration whenever you need them.

Setting Up on Android

On Android, Grape reads the calendars of the Google accounts already on your device. Steps 1 and 2 above do not apply.

1. Confirm the Google account is on the device (Android Settings > Passwords & accounts)
2. Open Grape's Settings > Calendar Integration and allow access to your calendars
3. Turn on the calendars you want to see
4. Tap Personal at the top right of the calendar screen

Calendars you have hidden in the Google Calendar app do not appear in Grape's list either. Turn them back on in Google Calendar first.

Grape looks the same on Android. The two screens in Step 4 apply here as well.

If Events Still Don't Appear

Q. I followed every step and nothing shows up. A. Check these in order:
① The event appears in the device's Calendar app (if not, one of Steps 1–3 is incomplete)
② The calendar is on in Grape's Settings > Calendar Integration
③ Personal is on at the top right of the calendar screen (a dot to the left of the label means on)
④ The device is online (Google events need a connection to reach the device)

Q. Only some of my calendars show up. A. See Step 2 — secondary Google calendars do not sync until you tick them on the syncselect page. Then check Step 3 and Step 4 as well.

Q. Older events are missing. A. iPhone / iPad sync only the past month by default. Choose "All Events" in Settings > Apps > Calendar > Sync to see earlier events.

Q. Grape never asks for permission. A. Once access has been denied, the app can no longer show the prompt. Open the Settings app > Grape > Calendars and allow access there.

Q. Birthdays and holidays don't appear. A. They start off by design. Turn them on in Settings > Calendar Integration. Note that Grape already colors public holidays itself, so a device holiday calendar can look doubled up.

Q. Does Grape change my events or send them anywhere? A. Your events are read, never written. Grape does not modify them or send them off your device, and it requests read access only.

Q. I want to disconnect. A. Use Settings > Calendar Integration > Disconnect to stop the overlay. To revoke the system permission itself, turn it off in the Settings app > Grape > Calendars.

• Smartphone / tablet with Android 7.0 or later
